Known as "the Capital of the Wolds" Louth has plenty to offer. Within the traditional market town you will find many independent shops full of beautiful handmade items, quaint little cafes and delicatessens full of delicious homemade goods as well as a butchers and greengrocers selling fresh local produce. There is also a variety of pubs, including a Wetherspoons, many of which sell local ale as well as charity shops, antique centres and a cinema.



A 10 minute drive away will take you to the beautiful Donna Nook Nature Reserve, a vast beach which grey seals use as their breeding ground between October and December. Donna Nook is also often used as a practise target range by the RAF. Our site is situated on an open field which means theres is a chance of seeing many wild birds such as pheasants, owls, buzzards, curlews, lapwings and marsh harriers.  In Louth the spire of St James' church regularly houses peregrine falcons during nesting season, the church café has live camera's positioned on the nest so you can see the birds and chicks. 



Both Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes are traditional seaside towns with lots of fun seaside activities such as arcades, amusements, cinemas, bowling, crazy golf and lots of shops selling clothes, homeware and gifts. There is also a variety of pubs, cafés, takeaways and restaurants in both towns serving different delicious cuisines such as Indian, Chinese, Italian and the British Classic - fish and chips.


If you fancy a longer drive we are only a hour away from the historic city of Lincoln where you will fin the infamous Castle and Cathedral as well plenty of shops and restaurants as well as museums and art galleries. In the other direction we are an hour and half away from the 2017 City of Culture; Hull with it's many attractions such as the world famous 'The Deep'.
